A new architectural home in the heart of North Loop — concrete, steel, and stucco assembled around a private courtyard and pool.

Kitchen, dining, and living arranged along a single bar with floor-to-ceiling steel doors opening to the courtyard. Nine-foot ceilings, polished concrete underfoot, and sightlines that run from the front entry through to the pool.
Bertazzoni appliances, Caesarstone Dreamy Carrera counters, and Clay Imports tile counter-to-ceiling on the back wall. Rift-sawn white oak cabinetry. Open to the living room and courtyard.
A material palette that pairs the raw with the made-by-hand. Board-formed concrete walls. Sealed concrete floors below white oak millwork. And throughout the house, handcrafted tile from Clay Imports — small-batch, made in Mexico, no two pieces alike.
Pool, crushed limestone, and a screen of bamboo. A series of stepping pavers connects the living space to the pool. Steel-framed glass keeps the courtyard always in view.
Two blocks from the North Loop corridor — coffee, books, vintage, and dinner all within walking distance. Quick to downtown, Shipe Park, and Hyde Park eateries.
